How Our Warranty Differs
Most manufacturers advertise long warranty periods, but full coverage typically applies only during the first year. Coverage is often reduced to specific components after year 1.
We provide full coverage for the entire warranty period on all electrical components.

What Is Covered
Full electronics coverage, include but not limited to :
- Hygrometer
- Power supply
- Lcd display
- Mainboard

What Is Not Covered
No coverage will be provided for the following :
- Physical damage
- Misuse
- Cosmetic Wear
- Glass Breakage
As with all service warranties, certain conditions are excluded.
Mandatory Servicing for 10-Year Warranty
Certified refurbished cabinets include a complimentary service at Year 5.
This service allows us to replace high-stress components and cabinet efficiency.
Completion of this service is required for the 10-year warranty to remain valid.
We'll remind you near Year 5. If you skip it, coverage will end at the 5th year.
How Warranty Claims Work
Warranty Terms & Conditions
Proof of service requirement
Coverage under this warranty is valid only for units serviced
or refurbished by DryCabinetRepair.com
Warranty claims require:
- Valid warranty record produced via email
- Verification of the serviced unit (Via Warranty identification sticker provided after repair)
Coverage limited to electronics
This warranty fully covers electrical and electronics components
- Coverage components include (but not limited to):
- Power supply and electronics
- Dehumidification system
- Hygrometer and control interface
- Internal wiring and related electrical components
Warranty does not cover the following:
- Cosmetic wear and tear
- Glass breakage
- Physical damage
Preventive Servicing & Long-Term Coverage
For warranties that extend beyond 5 years:
Long-term coverage may require a complimentary preventive servicing at the specified interval (e.g. 5th year), where critical wear components are inspected or replaced to ensure continued reliability.
Failure to perform the required servicing may limit or void extended warranty coverage.
Details of servicing requirements will be stated clearly at the time of service or refurbishment.
Warranty Void Conditions
This warranty will be rendered void if:
- Misuse and abuse of cabinet
- Damage resulting from incorrect voltage supply or unsafe electrical conditions
- The cabinet being used outdoors
Liability limitations
Our liability under this warranty is limited strictly to the repair or replacement of all electronic components covered under this warranty.
We are not responsible for:
- Loss or damage to items stored inside the cabinet
- Consequential or incidental damages
Service Access & safety
We reserve the right to refuse on-site service if:
- The cabinet is installed in an unsafe or inaccessible location
- Conditions pose a risk to technician or equipment
Any transportation, handling or on-site service arrangements outside standard servicing terms may be chargeable.
Good Faith clause
This warranty is provided in good faith as part of our commitment to long term ownership and responsible repair.
All warranty decisions will be made fairly, transparently, and with the goal of keeping your cabinet operational for as long as possible.
