Step By Step Process

  • Step 1 - Enquiry

    Contact us with your cabinet model and symptoms.

    We will provide you with a rough quote and guide you on how to remove the dehumidifier module for easier transport.

  • Step 2 - Drop-off / Transport

    Drop off your module or arrange transportation.

    Loan units are available upon request to minimise downtime.

  • Step 3 - Inspection & Quote

    Full electrical inspection to identify faults, aging components and reliability risks.

    At this stage an exact quotation will be provided.

  • Step 4 - Repair & preventive Replacement

    Faults are repaired and critical wear components are replaced to prevent future failures.

  • Step 5 - Calibration & Stress Testing

    Modules are calibrated and stress-tested under simulated operating conditions to verify stability.

  • Step 6 - Collection

    After 2-5 days in our workshop, your cabinet will be returned fully tested, documented and covered by our warranty.
